To process any prescription glasses order, PSG requires the information from a recent full prescription, and additional information including the Pupillary Distance (PD).
If a customer feels that the product is defective in any way then it can be returned to their ordering Optometrist for an initial assessment. If deemed appropriate for further review then the Optometrist can send the product back to the PSG Customer Service team who will arrange a laboratory assessment.
